Area Manager - Italian Market

We are looking for an Area Manager for the Italian Market to join our Agriculture Division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development and strengthening the Italian market.

The role reports to the Commercial Director of the Division.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the customer portfolio (budget, profitability, and technical support)
  • Consolidate and expand the network of Manufacturers and Distributors
  • Actively gather useful information to contribute to the definition of commercial strategies (new products, pricing levels, trends)

The candidate should have at least 4–5 years of experience in a similar role within dynamic medium-sized organizations, preferably in the mechanical/industrial sector.

HR Plant Business Partner

We are looking for an HR Plant Business Partner to join our HR organization, with responsibility for overseeing the operational and managerial HR activities of TECOMEC plants.

The ideal candidate has gained experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles within structured manufacturing environments and will act as the main point of reference for plant employees, supporting the business in managing organizational, administrative, and people development matters. The role reports directly to the HR Director of Tecomec Group.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate HR administrative processes for TECOMEC and PNR plants, ensuring proper management and monitoring of attendance, absences, holidays, leave, and related administrative obligations. Support from timekeeping/attendance specialists will be provided for these activities.
  • Act as the main interface with external stakeholders, including Labour Consultants, Occupational Health Physicians, and relevant external bodies.
  • Prepare HR reporting, monitor HR KPIs, and analyze deviations from targets to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure effective HR management within the plant, promoting efficient people management and positive internal relations.
  • Support managers and teams in people management activities and in the application of company policies.
  • Support Tecomec’s recruitment and selection activities.
  • Oversee Tecomec’s Performance Management process.
  • Manage funded training plans.

The candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles within structured manufacturing companies.

REQUIRED PROFILE:
  • Strong experience in personnel administration within industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of the main industrial collective labour agreements (CCNL), preferably Metalworking sector.
  • Experience managing labour costs and HR budgeting processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR tools, attendance/payroll management systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders, from shop-floor employees to management.
  • Pragmatic approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively by adapting communication style to different audiences.
