AREA MANAGER FRANCE/BENELUX

We are looking for an Area Manager France/Benelux to join our Agriculture Division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the commercial development with the aim of identifying new markets that can benefit from the innovative technologies of precision agriculture, thereby helping to expand the customer portfolio and increase Tecomec's value in the agricultural sector.

The role involves analyzing market trends, assessing the needs of potential customers, and seeking strategic partnerships to ensure effective penetration into the identified new markets.
The profile reports to the Divisional Sales Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the customer portfolio (budget, margins, and technical support)
  • Consolidate and develop the distributors ’network
  • Actively gather useful information to contribute to the definition of commercial strategies (new products, price levels, trends)
  • The candidate must have at least 5/6 years of experience in a similar role within dynamic medium-sized corporate organizations, preferably in the metalworking and components sector
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Fluent in French, preferably with a level of C1 or higher
  • Knowledge of the French market and its dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work towards objectives
  • Availability for frequent business trips
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of ERPs (Microsoft DYN365 is preferred)

GERMANY SALES MANAGER

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our Agriculture Division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the commercial development in Germany.

The profile reports to the Divisional Sales Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the customer portfolio (budget, margins, and technical support).
  • Consolidate and develop the distributor network.
  • Actively gather information useful for defining commercial strategies (new products, price levels, trends).

The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within dynamic medium-sized company organizations, preferably in the agricultural mechanical sector.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Fluent in German (C1), preferably bilingual
  • Goal-oriented
  • Team player
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Proficiency with management software (Microsoft DYN365)
  • Degree in agronomy
  • Interest in precision agriculture

Internship - Quality Control Department

We are looking for an intern who will join our Global Quality Department for 6 months with chances of being hired after the internship.

The position reports to Global Quality Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Support to the manager for managing distributors, users, and customer complaints (B2B)
  • Customer complaint analysis and definition of corrective and preventive actions to deal with customer returns
  • Management of system procedures
  • Document updating of the system
  • Support for the business process flows analysis
  • Support for internal audits and internal controls to verify that processes meet requirements, ensuring that control plans are applied and effective
  • Preparation of statistical analysis and collection of information on quality and process KPIs
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Fluent English (at least B2 level)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular)
  • ISO 9001 standards on quality management systems
  • Proactive approach and problem-solving

ASSEMBLY OPERATOR – MANUFACTURING AND ASSEMBLING ACCESSORIES

We are looking for assembly operators for mechanical components of medium and small sizes, involving precision operations, for our Production department.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Experience in assembling plastic components
  • Quality control and verification of work, followed by testing
