Export Area Manager - Europe
We are looking for an Export Area Manager - Europe who will join the team of our Agricultural Division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for our business development in some European Countries.
The position reports to the Division Commercial Director.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the entrusted client portfolio (budget, economic margins, and technical support).
- Consolidate and develop the network of distributors.
- Gather and collect useful information to help define business strategies (new products, price levels, trends).
The ideal candidate aged between 30-35, must have at least 4 or 5 years of experience in a similar role and in dynamic and medium-sized companies, preferably in the agricultural engineering field.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Fluent English (at least B2 level)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Management software (preferred: Microsoft AX 365)
- Bachelor's Degree and/ or Master's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or related field
- Target-oriented
- Teamwork

Internship - Quality Control Department
We are looking for an intern who will join our Global Quality Department for 6 months with chances of being hired after the internship.
The position reports to Global Quality Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Support to the manager for managing distributors, users, and customer complaints (B2B)
- Customer complaint analysis and definition of corrective and preventive actions to deal with customer returns
- Management of system procedures
- Document updating of the system
- Support for the business process flows analysis
- Support for internal audits and internal controls to verify that processes meet requirements, ensuring that control plans are applied and effective
- Preparation of statistical analysis and collection of information on quality and process KPIs
Knowledge and Skills:
- Fluent English (at least B2 level)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular)
- ISO 9001 standards on quality management systems
- Proactive approach and problem-solving
