IT Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate to identify and implement innovative IT solutions for process management
  • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies
  • Support the management of the IT project portfolio, ensuring its realization
  • Directly manage implementation projects for new software and the optimization of existing ones, also through process flow redesign
  • Work directly on the MS Dynamics 365 system
  • Keep technical documentation up to date and provide user training when necessary
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as an IT Specialist or similar role
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferably in Production and Logistics), Power BI, and overall Microsoft systems
  • Project Management techniques

Process Engineer

Location: Reggio Emilia (availability for occasional travels to other group facilities is requested: Italy/China).

Tecomec is seeking a Process Engineer to join our Industrialization team, with extensive experience in mechanical companies with medium-scale production, for the development and coordination of transformation and improvement projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of production bills of materials and cycles 
  • Work analysis, direct production time measurement (time study), development, and use of MTM methods 
  • Process improvement with particular sensitivity to activities and ergonomics 
  • Monitoring production times and efficiencies to establish improvement plans 
  • Support for the product Industrialization phase 
  • Management of efficiency improvement and cost reduction projects in the industrial area and management of related KPIs 
  • Coordination of project activities and involved personnel 
  • Collaboration in the development of new layouts, optimization of existing processes, and workstations 
  • Collaborate with the quality department to implement validation controls and process control
Requirements:
  • Technical Diploma / Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in mechanical/mechatronic engineering
  • Previous experience in the role, preferably in the industrial sector in production departments with bench assembly activities and semi-automatic assembly workstations
  • Knowledge of main process optimization tools and methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, 5.0)
  • Good knowledge and independent use of spreadsheets and 2D CAD
  • Excellent knowledge of main computer tools

GERMANY SALES MANAGER

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our Agriculture Division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the commercial development in Germany.

The profile reports to the Divisional Sales Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the customer portfolio (budget, margins, and technical support).
  • Consolidate and develop the distributor network.
  • Actively gather information useful for defining commercial strategies (new products, price levels, trends).

The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within dynamic medium-sized company organizations, preferably in the agricultural mechanical sector.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Fluent in German (C1), preferably bilingual

We are looking for an intern who will join our Global Quality Department for 6 months with chances of being hired after the internship.

The position reports to Global Quality Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Support to the manager for managing distributors, users, and customer complaints (B2B)
  • Customer complaint analysis and definition of corrective and preventive actions to deal with customer returns
  • Management of system procedures
  • Document updating of the system
  • Support for the business process flows analysis
  • Support for internal audits and internal controls to verify that processes meet requirements, ensuring that control plans are applied and effective
  • Preparation of statistical analysis and collection of information on quality and process KPIs
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Fluent English (at least B2 level)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular)
