Ningbo Tecomec Manufacturing was established in China in 2006, with the aim of being a production base for the different Tecomec divisions.
Built in a modern area characterized by new infrastructures near one of busiest seaports in the world, the Company is located in a strategic position for both naval and air transportation.
This location allows the Group to reach and directly supply its OEMs customers in the Asian, European and American markets.
Thanks to the direct management of its customers and to the possibility of providing technical assistance on the Chinese territory, the structured Technical Office of Ningbo Tecomec is able to create synergic collaborations with customers.
NINGBO TECOMEC MANUFACTURING
The entire production process takes place internally, thanks to the latest generation of presses and machinery that allow the Company to print and assemble all the plastic materials.
Recent investments in automation favour standardized production, with modern assembly systems.
The following product types are currently assembled in Ningbo:
- Accessories and components for high pressure cleaning. Its product range is made for the semi-professional market and includes high pressure cleaning equipment for application with cold water and with pressure values ranging between 100 and 230 bar.
- Accessories for chainsaws and brushcutters sold to major gardening and forestry OEM and distributors worldwide.
Starting from controlling the acceptance of products and materials, the modern Quality Department foresees an efficient verification program for the incoming material and for the management of suppliers.
Design, innovation and quality products have allowed the company to obtain ISO 9001 certification as well as otheountless certificates through audits.
