The Management of Tecomec, and the Emak Group, announce the recent acquisition of the PNR Group.
The PNR Group, headquartered in Voghera (PV) and consisting of 5 companies, is active in the design, production and distribution of components for industrial cleaning, with applications in sectors as diverse as: metallurgical, paper, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.

For the Tecomec Group, this operation represents a great opportunity for growth, in terms of the acquisition of specific know-how, the expansion of the Cleaning division's product range and access to new sectors that are synergic with its current business areas.
